This is an easy one, yeah? We’re breathing all the time. This practice calls on you to notice that you’re breathing and to calm your mind for this brief period of time.
As often as you can today tune into the inner silence for three breaths. As you do so be aware of what you can sense around you. This is about feeling not thinking. Let the mind settle. Breathe in. Breathe out. Become aware of right now. Let the mind quiet. Let the mind be still.
If you feel like it, enjoy this peace for more than three breaths. It feels so good to still the mind.
